Went to purchase a Premium Spectre Pack a few minutes ago and it said cannot do transaction, restarted the game and credits were gone and no new items, weapons, or characters. What do I need to do to fix this and get my credits returned?

Double-check your items -- when I've had that happen sometimes I'll notice later that I got medigels and weapons upgrades. I got my Widow that way -- never saw it drop from a package, it just showed up one day in my inventory after a bungled transaction.

That's what I thought at first but then I noticed I had no new equipment and they had removed PSP as well from being purchased. I really did lose 99k credits and considering they charge actual money for these packs I would like to get my credits back and want to know who I need to speak to in order to do so.

I dunno what their 1-800 customer help line is.
If you have low expectations, you may want to lower them further. Customer service is a lost art it seems.

You don't need to restart your game to get the stuff in a purchase. Just sign out, then back in, to PSN. By restarting your game, none of the "NEW" tags will show up for new items. If you did a real $ purchase it's different, the pack should show up, as if you just purchased it, when you log into MP. Good luck with getting credits back. I've learned not to bother trying to purchase anything on Tuesdays as it seems like something is always jacked up with the pack of the week. May want to save yourself the disappointment and just knock out a couple matches to get that 99k back. Either way, next time just log in and out of PSN to see if anything changed in your items, weapons, or character levels. That is if none of your items have "NEW" tags.

SHilton75 is right. sometimes just exiting MP and re-entering doesn't work - i quit the game out to the XMB then restart. none of the items have new tags. easiest way to tell is if any classes have new levels available or customization features unlocked.
i've noticed that rushing the transaction also seems to involve errors more often. if you slow down, let everything load, then select your purchase, give it about 3 seconds to adjust, then confirm your payment type, i have fewer errors.
i paid 2.99 for a PSP and thought it vanished. turned out i had gotten a super rare that i wasn't aware of until i checked out my weapons after a promotion.

PSPs are crap anyway.
Worked my ass off for an hour to get 99K credits and I got some stupid equipment and weapon upgrades for my claymore and Geth submachine gun, both of which I hardly use.
I still haven't gotten any characters that are unlockable in the Resurgence pack and it's pissing me off.
These random packs are nothing more than a business strategy. It's basically a gamble.

The magic number for EA customer service is (650)-628-1001. They didn't give me my money back, but did give me a gift pack for 300,000 credits that popped up in my ME3 in game store when I logged back on after my call. They wanted to give me the 2 items you get from Kingdoms of whatever demo, but I told them I already had it. There is an 800 number but this one works better for me.

Yea, I have had this issue before but always got my pack even though it didnt show it. I think I just happened to buy one at the exact time they were having serious issues and bought one right when they removed psp an hour or so after they added them and it just ate my credits. Will call them today seeing as how no moderators posted. Thanks for the number man.

Get one of the cheap packs for 5000 first every time before you start spending your credits. If it doesn't work. Quit the game, restart the system go back into the store and try again. And repeat... Saves you allot of credits.
