Hey everyone!

Just a quick update to let you know that we're working to unlock Victory & Commendation packs for those of you who played Operation Exorcist, but we've run into some unexpected problems. We're working on it and will announce when  those packs become available for everyone. Thanks again for your support. 

Looking forward to playing with more of you guys in future weekend operations!

Got lucky on Condor, not so lucky on Exorcist. I wish the team luck in fixing this bug, and hope I don't get to enjoy expired packs that I can't open.

Same here. May I suspect the unexpected problems are due to the fact that we have the PS3 people with us now? (E.g. Sony becoming a bottleneck).

But I have all trust we will eventually receive our rewards. The ME3 MP delivers big fun to me. Thank you, BW. (And that does mean something as ME3 MP is only the third MP online game so far that I like, the others were Assassins Creed Brotherhood and Guild Wars).
