Sure, but the guy who knows **** about the servers probably arrived to work maybe one hour ago, got a coffee and is reading through his email since some crazy Canadians send him bajillion messages over the past few days.

Lol at everyone complaining that they don't have the packs yet, it took them over two weeks to grant us the packs for Raptor, and I never even got mine, from them or EA support. I'm just ignoring all the operations from now on.

Agreed.

The thing is, it doesn't seem like a server issue. It seems servers are working fine for those who didn't redeem their Victory Pack.

The problem is only there for those who did, so it's Pack-related, not server-related.
Who we need to get to work on a solution is not the server guy, it's the Bioware Dev Team. Who won't start working for another 7-8 hours at the earliest.

On a side note...my accomplishment of this challenge was very, very painful. Third match we get a perfect team, made it all the way to round 11 without anyone bleeding out. Then right at the start of extraction boom, shishkebab'd by a Phantom. Partial fcking extraction >:[ I better get a Valiant for this pain.

Bioware needs to make amends with us hardcores. We just want the packs we earned all weekend. Otherwise, who's gonna buy the inevitable DLC!? the NOOBS?? Not bloody likely!

I just hope they decide to postpone the expiration date for Premium Spectre Packs, since those of us who redeemed their Victory Pack can't play since at least 12 hours ago.

Nothing for me either. I got my packs from the first operation fine. didnt get a victory pack from the second operation and now this. I would have thought that becasue the first operation went so smoothly the rest would too. Where did it go wrong?

Also i ask of the OP that any update be posted in the OP as an edit becasue updates can get easily lost on intermediate pages and this will stop many people repeat posting. Perhaps another edit to the OP informing of that? Unless a new thread is made of course.
