From past experience "we're looking it" means BioWare is sitting around doing jack crap about the problem and will likely never get it fixed...

The most we've heard on it is "we're looking into it" and the last we heard from BioWare was nearly one month ago (the thread was posted the day after the game launched which is almost two months ago).

Like I said before, if you hate the game so much, then trade it in and rid yourself of the problem. Thats what normal people do if the game they purchased doesn't hold up to their expectations. No one is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to keep it. I on the other hand, will occupy my time with the SP or maybe, and here is thought, a different game. *gasp*

I don't the hate game.  Quite to the contrary I love the game.  It's the developers antics and carelessness that frustrate me.

I did my "catching up on other games" during the month or so after launch when I was completely unable to play Mass Effect 3 due to the "black screen of death".

Most developers of other games I play don't give me reason to bash their customer service/relations or work ethic.

The N7 weapons appear to all be "ultra rare" items. My guess is they are pretty cool to use.

agreed but its like some of the ultra rares (which i have a few) are great some are just down right useless

I only get the victory pack, but not the Commendation pack (i do the operation challenge, and yes feedback is active).
From now multiplayer does'nt work.

I would not believe all the problems they have had with the packs and patches if I hadn't lived through them.

You know what makes me laugh?

They slit their own throats with the Online Pass DLC. We /actually/ paid for an online experience which is now not being delivered. Not saying the packs; I mean those that are locked out of the MP.

Same here. I couldn't care less about the packs at this point. I just want to play the game.

Fix it already Bioware, I want my pack and to be able to play again. It worked before, just compare the code differences!

Same with xbox just the 3 showing and ive gotten no pack as of yet

When I first got on multiplayer yesterday. The victory pack and premium spectre packs were avaiable. I opened the victory pack and bought a few of the premium packs. I ended up playing the multiplayer for a couple hours with no problems after that. When I tried to play again later the packs were gone and the multiplayer wasn't even working for me (and a lot of other people too). This was on Xbox.
