LOL Thanks Jecw. And I will definitely post an answer, but you're right, they probably won't give one.

I want to thank everyone... I sincerely mean this is... for your love and support. I def will be asking for help. I know that mnomaha already offer me her's *hugs*. Thank you Emerald for the contacts and mnomaha, I know you got some guts for the tweet. I guess I didn't know before that I am somebody. Utaker, I may have to borrow your bat sometime and Moria-chan, I only got hugs for you. <3

I tweeted Tully myself. Honestly, I don't want to go back and forth trying to provide links, because there is a few. However, if anyone wants links, I can provide it. I will give you the rundown real quick. He seemed to know that my poster was based on Thane right off the bat, so I guess that is a good sign. Although I won't play into it too much, I don't want people to start making conclusions off it. Trust me, I tend to do that alot. Anyways, he said he was simply invited to Miranda's group and he usually accepts group invites because Bioware likes to scan the groups. It makes things easier to read discussions and such. (Sorry if any of this comes off wrong). So this lightens things up and I can only imagine if anyone wanted to start a Thane inspire group... which I don't think anyone has at this point, he would join that one too.

I hope this makes everyone feel better.

Also too, if anyone makes a group, you can invite Tully here: http://social.biowar...profile/3517524

I also think you should submit the poster when you are done and NOT wait for the "other" people. It may sound petty on my part, but it was not their idea and they should not have the option to submit it, either with us or before us. To my knowledge, that poster was *ALL* you and nobody else.

They haven't really been keeping in contact with me. So I have no idea where they are even at this point. I pm, but its taking them forever. They have more than one person on this and I'm just one person. Seems kinda silly really. I'm listed in the group, but I idk what's going on anymore...  I guess I will just carry forth. But I do think for now on, we need to keep our projects quiet and away from others. As much as I love to join with others... this wasn't one of my brightness ideas so far. It's cause far too much trouble even if I meant well by it.

You did such a great job with the poster. I love the drawing of Thane on the poster and the messages from everyone are great.  Like mnomaha said, you did this all on your own, and you should be very proud of that.
You should just get yours in and don't worry about anyone else. This was your idea, and I wouldn't waste anymore time trying to keep in contact with the others. If they want to find you they know how to do that. I also agree that all the future projects should be kept quiet.

Supply and demand. If you want Thane to get the amount of attention Miranda does you're going to have to do what they did, which was rally a group of passionate, but not mean-spirited fans to their cause. It's been a very positive movement with positive relationships with the devs. This isn't a war so stop trying to make it one.

You expect any positive results with an attitude like that? All you're doing is harming your cause, no wonder you think the Thane fanbase is getting less attention.

I'm not about to give up on the poster... not by a long shot. I just think that was a jerk-off thing to do. Here I am, on unfamilar ground... inspiring a group and they get someone talking to them? Seriously? For the last two months all I have been doing everytime I hit deviantArt is talking to those that got hurt. I have people, who can't barely speak english, going through hell to translate their language into mine so they can have someone to talk and relate too... Ugh, the nerve of them to pull some crap off like this. I'm so tired of this company being a bunch of sexiest pigs... it's not even funny.

At this point, nothing against Miranda fans... but the only group I'm willing to join an alliance with is Samara. Like us, they are also too be ignored. But you right JEWC/mnomaha, I need to tell them this. Talk about driving the knife in... this isn't even remotely cool.

Why would you not ally with a group that's getting results? You're only drawing negative attention to your cause with your little alliance games. This isn't A Game Of Thrones here, all fans should be on the same side. Some here are making up conflict where none needs to be.

What are you talking about. hat is all we have been trying to do. We have gone to the other groups.
The idea for the fanbooks and the poster came from a Thane fan. We have been nothing but polite, and we still get ignored. If we are a little pissed it's because they got credit for something that was our idea first. An idea we gave them.

That's what she has tried to do, but the Miranda fans don't answer her back. She doens't even know what's going on with them. For it to work they have to be willing and they don't seem that interested at all. Maybe you should talk to them because we are trying.

Hello everyone, before anything else... I am saddened by the wedge driven between us.

I'm one of the organizers of the #FindMiranda campaign. It initially started as a hashtag project on Twitter and we were able to garner much awareness and support because of it. I never knew about the Thane poster idea when I launched ours. I was only informed by someone from my team. I then, decided to leave a comment here that we are doing a poster project as well. It is not "plagiarism" simply because our concept for the posters are entirely different and we notified this thread as well.

As for Tully Ackland, my team and I worked hard with our #FindMiranda tweets to BioWare people. I sent him a tweet regarding sending feedback for Miranda content and information about our group. If you've noticed, he is a member of other LI groups as well... so there is no favoritism. Please do not minimize our efforts, my team and I put in a lot of effort and dedication towards our campaign.

Secondly for Priestly, I just asked him if he would accept our posters and he agreed. I am sure he would do the same if you tweeted him as well.

Thirdly, I was swamped with finals and I was extremely sick so I am sorry that I haven't responded on timely manner. Yes, I have officers helping me organize but we just let one person handle all the communication so that there won't be mixed messaged. As I've said again, I know I shouldn't use the "sick" and "busy with exams" card but this is the truth. Also, our group was previously to open to members and non-members so you could see everything that's been going on.

I understand if you guys just want to act on your own, but the Miranda fan base will still be open for a united front.

EDIT: For transparency's sake, here is my correspondence. If you've noticed it's only been a two day gap since the last message. I am extremely surprised by this outburst, since I assumed we are at good relations.

I believe we have a tragic misunderstanding on our hands.

Now I speak on my own behalf here, but when I first heard of Tully joining up, I was a bit perturbed.

But from my own experience with multi-projects like this (in RL) I decided to investigate and see if it could just be an honest misunderstanding and it would appear that this is the case here.

I got involved with providing the fanbook layouts to different fanbases because I believe we should stand together. I personally hope this can be put behind us, and that we will stand united.

For what it's worth for both sides here, I don't believe we should be angry with one another.

Ok, everyone needs to hold up. Give me some time to address this. The last thing that we both need is to be waring with each other. Our fanbase was under the wrong impression before, which I am trying to calm down. Now, sadly, you guys are now under the wrong impression because we were.

Alright, let me make something clear from the start. It wasn’t until earlier this morning that I realized that we were all under the wrong impression regarding Tully. I got in contact with him and he explained it to me, which I posted it here. I was feeling pretty good again until I came on and saw this going on in my thread.

I went into my inbox to check for the message that I sent. I must have hit the cancel button instead of the submit button. Which is my bad for sure. I am flooded with pms and overloaded at the moment. I am making mistakes along the way. If you want a picture of my inbox, I can supply one. Like I said, it’s my bad and I’m sorry.

I also like to say that I don’t think anyone from the Thane fan base has come over to Miri’s group to start a thing when we were under the wrong impression earlier. I would have appreciated the same in return. Just from the project alone, you can tell that I’m not some cold hearted person. I’m giving people who have been hurt a chance to tell Bioware that something went very wrong here. I don’t make a lot of money either and this project is going to strain me a bit. But I do feel people, like I feel for you guys as well and right now I feel bad that I am even writing this response.

I haven’t broken the alliance and I believe it was yesterday…I can’t remember though. But I did post in the group still showing my support. However if you want to still keep the alliance, I will leave it up to you. I do like the idea of supporting others that’s why I offered it in the first place. If I wanted to be a one man show, I would have just kept to myself. I don’t see why anyone would think I would offer it for no reason. I do believe we all need to stick together and for the Thane fan base, it’s important we grab all the support that we can. We are the fan base that is
always being ignored and bullied around so much from the outside. I have tried getting into contact with Bioware about the poster and among other things. I never do get a response back. A lot of people here have experienced the same problem. I tried twitter, but if I tweet someone about it, I get attacked within seconds by other tweeters. That’s just how it goes for us.

So yes, when I was told about Tully and among other things, I did get mad. I did spat out and probably said things I shouldn’t have. So once again, I am sorry for it. I didn’t really want to break the alliance before hand because my frustration isn’t at you guys. It’s at Bioware. Does it make it right? Probably not, but please… try to understand it at least.

I also like to point out that we also too are a very organized fan base and a very compassionate one too. Remember the PAX and Tribute books? That was ran by one of our own. Visii gave us all the chance to voice our concerns. In no way are we mean spirited, just frustrated most of the time.

Now I realize the first mistake that I did make, I should have just asked one of you guys when it was brought to my attention about Tully. I guess I’m use to dealing with things on my own here that it just didn’t hit me. Again, not an excuse but that’s just what happen.

Alright if anything, I just like to keep the peace among us so we both can go back to what is important. Fighting for the characters that we love.

This is by no means an attack, but just a statement of the situation. We never intentionally ignored you. We've been friendly to you guys the whole time, and we wanted an alliance. You guys are the ones who terminated the alliance. We didnt steal your idea, we're just trying to get our own idea and support for our character out. And we don't control what Bioware thinks at all. It wasn't our fault. If we had our way, a BW rep would've joined your groupt too. I sincerely wanted you guys to succeed as well. But when you started attacking our character with the "ass/****" comments, and even attacking our fanbase, that's enough. Just wanted to let you know where things stand.

But as I see it, you still want to form an alliance.  You sound pretty sincere, Squeegee, and I can respect that. You wouldn't put the effort in if you didn't mean it.  I guess you're right about us all being upset about our characters less-than ideal roles.
Personally, we Miranda fans have no problems with you at all. Just tell your fans to stop attacking our character, and we're good.  Yesika and I will need to think about it, but we'll definitely consider giving you guys another chance.

Not one Thane fan ever attacked the Miranda fanbase. It was one comment and I believe she apologized. No one has ever gone into the MIranda thread and attacked anyone, and no one was blaming you for what the mods did. We were angry at them.
