Contacted EA support regarding the missing commendation pack, the EA person apologized and informed me that it's been enabled for my account. Checked the store a while later, there was a "Gift pack" which when opened contained 300,000 credits and nothing else.

Contacted them again, had the "N7 weapons are only for deluxe edition of ME3" crap talk from them. Explained the problematic in detail, got the pack. N7 Crusader I in it.

Some people here mentioned to ask for a "Gift pack", no idea what it is being gifted for.

Between my girlfriend and I, so far we've gotten:

3 Hurricanes
2 Eagles
1 Crusader
0 Valiants.

I hate the commendation pack system. Of course, they made one of the best sniper rifles in the game obtainable on only a bi-weekly basis.

Finally after the fiasco with the on-line pass I get a Crusader but I was hoping to get my Valiant to III or get a Hurricane. At least I got the Javelin in a PSP earlier this week.

no commendation pack, only a victory pack. since this the first event for PS3 players i made sure to beat gold cerberus with my favorite character, male human soldier, several times. cost me a crate full of my best equipment types -- disruptor 3, cyclonic 3, assault rifle rail 3.

it's becoming a chore to enjoy this game, bioware.
