I got this game to play the single player even after reading about the really bad endings I still got it, then was extremely pissed to find out that I was forced to play the multiplayer just to get the best of the god awfull endings.

I started playing the multi player and spent $30 on priemuim spector packs only to get a error message that my transaction did not go through, well imagine my suprise when I went to get a movie that night and my money that should have been their from the failed tranactions was all gone.

I called EA only to be told that this was a know issue and they where working on it, working on it means just sitting their doing nothing.

I am curently down $30 and almost 3million credits do to your broken game and it's store and seeing as you refuse to do anything about it I am charging back my game and store purchages.

You have violated Visa terms of agreement and charged me for a item I did not receive, you also sold me a broken product and missrepresented it.

My account gets baned because I had to charge this back to Visa because of you and your broken game then I will be adding you to the list  after sony and seeing you in court.

You knowingly and willingly put out a broken product with a issue know for taking peoples money and not giving them anything in return, thats fraud, and seeing as you affected more then 3 people thats grounds for a class action lawsuit but I do not need to wait for that and will just file the paperwork on you myself ( I mean the law firm that representes me will) and see how you respond to that.

I hope you like michigan and have a  legal team their because I will be filing this under a violation of michigan consumer rights law a state law so no bringing me out to CAL or where ever you wanted to nope see you in michigan.

This is totally unaceptable a glitch is one thing not wanting to fix it most of us are used to that by now but when you start taking peoples money with a know issue and do not warn people and continue to let it happen with out removing the affected problem till you get it fixed then put it back in rather then let it sit their and continue to take peoples money with out doing anything  you are knowingly and willingly comiting fraud.

Wait, you were willing to pay $30 for equipment packs? Really?

I'm sure you'll be spending more on lawyer fees than the $30 you claimed to have lost, so good luck with that.

Wait wait, so you HAD to play multiplayer - against your will! You played it enough to earn 3 million credits the old fashioned grind way(way more than you HAD to lol), and yet somewhere along the line you spent REAL money on something you didn't want to do in the first place? I'm sorry, but this is just too funny.

Good luck with your 'lawsuit.' lololoolololl

I have to do it:

If... you had $30 in your account, and were planning on going to see a movie.... why did you then spend the $30 on MS Points to buy Spectre packs?

Shouldn't you have saved that $30 to go see your movie in the first place?

I don't... I don't get it. You didn't have enough money to go see a movie, so that's BioWare's fault?

Yeah... I have no idea what the comlpaint here is.

IF things were falsely charged to your account, call your bank, simple. they'll open a ticket and get things done within a business week.

Now if you're just complaining to complain about bad choices you made (Why spend $30 on points for spectre gear if you had 3 million credits? I mean really I've gotten to 100% readiness MULTIPLE times and have made nowhere near that much... nor have i NEEDED to spend $30 at one time on spectre packs).

Sounds to me like your complaining just in the hopes of getting your voice heard....sorry for your luck though.

So wait...$30 of charges caused you to max out your credit card?  Confused.

Why is somebody poor enough to only have $30 in your account or on your credit card buying something as useless as Spectre packs?

While talking about class-action lawsuits over a $30 charge is a bit silly, I don't see anything wrong with him reporting a fraudulent charge to his credit card provider. Fraud is fraud, and the dollar amount is irrelevant. The fact that he was planning to go to a movie is also irrelevant. Cut the dude some slack - he's obviously upset that he got shafted and EA hasn't done anything about it.

Ahh EA and their known issue and working on it line.

Pretty sure I once had EA help in chat and told them in a drunken blood rage they were all morons and did they even know what I was talking about, their reply was of course, they were aware of this issue and they were working on it.

If $30 is so much of a hit to your wallet that you're willing to file a lawsuit, then why did you spend $30 on MP packs?

Pro tip, if you're going to talk down to someone and mock them, use the correct word. It's defamation of character.

OP: "I bet if I make a thread with my claims of how EA wronged me regardless of how dumb my claim is the BSN community will rally to me and I will be BSN famous"

Seems a wrench got tossed into that plan.

No people I bought the spector packs as soon as I started plaing the multiplayer to get some equipment as I was starting out and after getting one contact EA your transaction did not go throught I tried it several times more thinking it was a timing out issue and did not expect it to charge me for items I never got.

I was going to buy a movie off of the PSN seeing as I should have had$30 that I had on their for spector packs that I did not get and should not have charged me for.

The 3million credits lost have been a acumulitive effect over the course of me playing and having the store fail to have my transaction go through.

For me suing it's more then just the $30 when you do a charge back on sony ( sony refused to refund saying it was a EA problem) they ban your account and you no longer have access to games, movies, DLC's anything you have bought and do not have on your hard drive you will not be able to download again once your system is band.

This all and all will be EA/Bioware's fault I take it I am asking to much to get what I pay for ha?
They would have given me my items that they took money for I would not have to do a visa charge back, because I am I will have my playstation account band and lose items I have paid for all because their game was broken/glitched and they refuse to do anything about it.;

I am not the type to just let someone take something from me it's the princible of the matter I should have to swallow a $30 lose because they want put out a broken product and not resolve isseus with their product all I want is the items I paid for thats it.

They refuse to do anything about it so yes I will sue them sony and EA/Bioware for the loss of my $30 the loss of all items I can no longer dowload or play or watch because my account is band for doing a charge back on my visa.

How many other people out their lost money because they refused to fix their game or give their customers the items they paid for? so from what you people think it's totally ok for a company to screw over it's customers as long as it was not you who took a loss and to try and make fun of somone who will not just lay down and say this company and their product is the greatest thing since the wheel, truely sad.

Seeing as I pay a retainer for my lawyer/ law firm to sit their till I need them I might as well use them I can add their fee's to my lawsuit is it throwing good money after bad? sure it is, could I just eat the $30 loss and not add the extra problems that doing a charge back will cause? sure I could, but how many people have to take a loss or deal with things like this before someone says something? laying down or letting someone walk over you is easy fighting for what is right and taking a stand is what people should do.

" I can explain it to you but I can not understand it for you."

Yes if that is the word i was trying to use.  Next time take a moment to Know a Joke when  you see one.  Definition as in an Internet tough guy in this case.  Defamation again in this case would be slander or was it lible because its in wrighting... oh who cares.  meh still its a Joke with word play.  so again who cares?

It is not the point of $30 it's the point that they had know this was a problem and refused to fix it, put it out their for customers to fall victom to it and still refused to warn people, remove it from the PSN and Xbox till it was fixed, then bounced blame forcing you to deal with microsoft ( wish I would have bought this for my XBOX) or sony rather then fixing the problem themself.

I am not going to have my playstation turn into a very expensive paper weight because of their broken game, I am also not going to smile and say here's $30 EA/Bioware for this peice of broken junk you sold me that turned my playstation into a paper weight for me.

Just give me the items I paid for and did not get if anyone thinks I am asking for to much as far as wanting what I paid for please feel free to explain your position on why I am asking for something so unreasonable as to get what I paid for or be compinsated accordingly.
