So you get a refund and they ban your account? . . . you must realize that sounds rather ridiculous right? Not saying you lied but that just seems VERY unlikely. Also, they did claim they were working on correcting the issue right? In that case you really have no grounds to file a lawsuit unless you can actually prove that they are doing nothing. Good luck with that.

Good boy now go do it and enjoy the paper work , and the calls cost to visa ...

nothing is ever as easy as it seems , so good luck with it and Visa will still pay Bioware 30-50%
Just your refund comes from there money :P

So good luck with dealing with visa , That is why i rather deal with my bank .

If they really took your money without giving you a product and then banned you for chargeback, it's pretty much stealing and bullying.

Good luck in court (no sarcasm).

Sony bans your account when you do a charge back as according to sony's terms of agreement all sales are final, according to them I recived the item that I bought as in it showed I puschaged the item and they have no way of seeing that I did not receive my items even with a open ticket with EA over the issue.

The lawsuit would be that because of this I lost a play station account and everything tied to it over a charge back that I had to make because of the know problem with the ME3 online store which is dockumented.

Although in the end I will most likely be suing sony over the baning of the account I can't sue EA/bioware unless visa refuses the charge back once they refund my money I would have no case as I would have already been compinsated for my losss of the $30 though I may be able to still sue them under the consumers rights law of the state as they knew their was a problem with their game and did nothing about it which in turn caused my losses of my playstation and items on it.

I hope they get this issue resolved soon all I want is what I paid for and not a excuse or blatent lie of we are working on it when they are not.

Lossing time in a game that you played is bad enuff but when it costs you real life money and the time, hassle, and stress of having to deal with multible people on the phone and E-mails and possibly lawyers is a whole nother story.

I mean a simple E-mail/ phone call saying sir we are working on the problem and will hopefully have it resolved by this time or their about please bear with us would do just fine for now, but to not hear anything for several weeks to a month is pretty unacceptable.

LOL court , good luck getting to the court unless you have tons of money spare ..
You do know legal advice alone cost you $1000 ...

So much for people saying lets go to court these days , unless offcourse you have everything planned with a good lawyer beforehand .

I really dare people to do it , see how much money they got to spent for a 30$

And all those internet bla bla rights want to see concrete facts for a change .
State VS Microsoft , we all know who won .
State VS megaupload , ongoing ..... it doesn't look good when State knows they made technical boo boo , but are resorting to underhand tricks ...

So what does that say about you as a single person versus a cooperation :P
Really do it OP please do it , show me the vaunted rights that everybody on the net talks about .

It's going to cost way more then that and even my lawyer asked is it really worth it as far as my time and energy going into something that could easily be let go of.

I can't take the money with me when I die so who cares about that, even I admit I should just let it go and swallow the loss but thats just not me never been like that sometimes you just want to look someone in the eye and make them explain themself or pay the price for being underhanded and you just do not care what it costs you.

But when push comes to shove about money , they all run off ..

Zartanyen you want to something for you and future gamers go use that money to support kickstarter projects .

Support the developers new and old , with there creative vision , away from publishers stupid demands of marketing and PR and ESP ratings .
Shower with underwear crap ....

Sorry let game designers make games they love and do , even if its is not morally correct according to pitchfolk women in jersey .

and stay opposing to the ending , but do not get carried away by anti bioware trolls .
That won't back you up when going gets tough .

Wait, you were willing to pay $30 for equipment packs? Really?

I'm sure you'll be spending more on lawyer fees than the $30 you claimed to have lost, so good luck with that.

I can add their fee's to my lawsuit

Bear in mind that *when* you lose - not if - they may be able to ask for you to pay for their court costs.

Wait he spend $30 dollars and the company didn't supply him with the
goods he paid for and that somehow makes him wrong instead of the
company ?

If... you had $30 in your
account, and were planning on going to see a movie.... why did you then
spend the $30 on MS Points to buy Spectre packs?

Shouldn't you have saved that $30 to go see your movie in the first place?

I don't... I don't get it. You didn't have enough money to go see a movie, so that's BioWare's fault?

wait he did say somewhere he was $30 dollars hort and therefore couldn't watch a movie? or was it that he expected to have $30 more in his account .. paying for goods and not receiving them makes it somewhat his fault? ah ... I get it ... always the "fans" fault and never the "companies" .. I get it.

here have a cookie as welll ... :wizard:

And wait a sec, a professional ambulance chaser told you to just get over it and not waste your time? Dude, take his advice, it's practically his job to profit off people making idiotic claims so if even he warns you off it, you're going to lose.

I'm sure I wrote something in another thread about how morally wrong it was that the option to buy the packs with BW points was still in the game, when they hadnt fixed the failed purchase bug yet.

Wait, people spend actual money on Spectre Packs? That's... that's... Man, I can't describe how baffled I am.

If you had only $30, why the heck did you spend it on something so useless? It's beyond me.
