I just got to 120 or what ever uploaded all the classes reset them to 1
but when got some new packs today but when i try to use the new weapons from the packs on the charrs it wont let me?
It lets me set up the weapons set all the addons then as soon as i click exit it resets to the basic setup and the charr name resets.... I dont know whats wrong but sounds like a bad bug

Also when i try to create games now it just says createing game but never does.. same when i try to join a game with stock loadout or a custom one.. on any class.. what is going on any fixes?

I have the from ashes dlc and the mp dlc installed

Alright now it is letin me in matches but it crashes after round one what the heck also why is the 99k spectre thing gone that was up earlier does that have something to do with this?

any word till servers are working right again?

Same thing has happened to me. I was running smoothly today, finished my 3rd match in a row. One of my friends let me know that there was a new patch, I logged out of the game, updated my game, and re-entered the game. Immediately I noticed some problems.

1st: I noticed was that my victory pack was gone that I had been saving for when I dipped below 255 gels.
2nd: The premium spectre pack that I had seen in the store that was up wasn't there anymore.
3rd: When I tried to host a match, it told me that there was a network error
4th: I restarted the game and hosted a match, it worked fine, but I get disconnected after about 10 seconds.

this just repeats.

I've noticed some key things that I can duplicate every time.

If I log into the store, and then try to host a match, I get the error message "A network error occurred."
If I log into multiplayer and immediately start a match or join a match, I get in, but am disconnected after 10 seconds of playing.

This all started happening immediately after downloading this afternoon's patch.

Yea i got crap from that pack today and bought a sps but when i log in I have noticed a few things
I can get in 1 round for a match and it crashes
If i check my equipment before i click search or create match it doesnt connect
If i dotn check or try to change anything from earlier today i logged off around like 5pm and on tonight again it will login for 1 round then kick me..

It is deff on their side I think
Any word or post on if there is a patch or something we can do to fix this if it is on our end?

I'm currently talking with a tech support guy, he's telling me to do a repair install on the game, I'll report if that helped. You are experiencing the exact same thing as me.

it's completely related to the 26MB patch that we installed, I'm n7 rank 2142 and this is the first time I've ever had any issue whatsoever with MP

It's not the event that is messed up, it's the patch that we downloaded. I suspect that not many people were affected by this because I'm assuming they took the patch down immediately. 3 of my friends that installed this patch are all broken like us, all the rest of my friends that logged in later and didn't install the patch are happily playing without any issues.

I spent 5 hours playing pre-patch. Claimed my victory pack first thing. Took Vanguard from 3 to 18; great times. Go to dinner, watch a tv show, and after a couple hours, I come back but can't stay connected past round 1, even before installing that 26mb 'patch'. My friend that installed it but never went into the store earlier today to claim the victory pack has 0 problems. It's definitely victory pack related.

Exact same issues. My characters are constantly being reset, my victory pack is gone, and the promotional specter pack is also gone. Can't play any multiplayer at all either. I have a few character that have gained levels but I haven't specced them out yet, so to test I specced them out completely. Log off, log back on and they are completely UN specced again.

yupe, same for me, cant purchase pack, specc or even promote, when logged off, and then when I got back the classes I promoted was back on lvl 20...and the char. I specced was unspecced again

yeah i have that problem too as well as blank leaderboard, cant search games it just hangs, and cant join games either, cant purchase packs in store     the list is endless

Ok so i logged off for the night logged in this morning and things are still broke does anyone have any knid of update or has EA or Bioware posted anything about what is going on?

THis is really god dam annoying SP is messed up and MP wont make it past the first round without crashing what the hell is going on?

I have a legit support problem along with thousands of other people and they cant take a few seconds to make a post saying we are working on it or have a mod reply for them saying they are working on it???

This is a server side issue, and support has stated to players it stems from people who either opened the Victory Pack, or have opened a PSP from this week. This is essentially a "Tornado in Alaska" occurrence, in that something randomly caused it (those two things are apart of the weekly server-side patch) and now they are scrambling to figure it out (at least the multiplayer team would be). It could be something from a software glitch on their servers, to a bad line of scripting that is causing the problem. And as everything in this world takes time, all they ask of you is patience.
