On December 5th, I purchased 560 Bioware points through PayPal so I could download Warden's Keep. The money has been taken out of my bank account. Both PayPal and the Purchase History tab in my Bioware account page say that the transaction has been completed sucessfully. However, my Point Balance is still zero in both my account page and the game itself.
I've checked the 'known issues' post, and this doesn't sound like any of those. Any ideas? I've opened a support ticket, but I've already waited three days for my points, so any help would be welcome.
