My game consistently crashes after the "find the scouts mission" whare you meet grunt for the first time. After the scene where grunt walks out covered in rachni blood, the game simply freeze, every time.
 
ive tried a little of everything. playing with different characters, reloading from an older save, running in windoved mode, changing the resolution, disabling origin in-game and even downloading a new EACore.dll in case that it was a graphical problem. Nothing worked. It's not a problem with my system, i'm running windows 7 and fulfill the system requirements, and the game runs fine.

It's almost like cutscenes just dont want to trigger. i had a similar problem after the mars mission, but that only happened once. Is there any way to circumvent this, short of not playing the mission
