In Oblivion, you can loot all the equipment a fallen character is wearing, leaving them in their smallclothes. I'd love to be able to do this.

I think I know what you want, but I'm not sure it's possible right now; we would need new models for the bodybags that lack armor and replace it during the looting phase via script. It could be scripted now, though.
