I appreciate your frustration, and I agree that it makes for a crappy user experience. Unfortunately, until they unbundle the promotional items, I believe the only way to address the problem is to make sure you directly download each item to which you are entitled when the DA servers are available again.

servers are offline for me too...WTF?! this DRM crap is very annoying...I OWN the damn Awakenings DVD but yet I cannot proceed because the save game won't load due to the memory band and the CE edition....I don't feel like using alternate methods to make my stuff work...I should have to do that. Fix this!!!!

Sorry for thread necro, but is this issue resolved? I have been trying for a while but for weeks now I cannot connect to the EA server for my copy of DA:O. I am hesitant to buy the DA2 or DA:O Ultimate ED. if I will not be able to get the additional content to work.

Hi guys. Help!!! Im not sure im having exactly the same problem as you guys but... I can login to my account and see all my settings and stuff + the downloaded content (even thoug it says unauthorized??) , but I cannot resume my dragonage origins game... its says that it has to be the one that bought the downloaded content... But thats me and with the logon im logged in with!!! WTF!!! Can anyone help me???

Can''t play anymore, just killed the dragon on mountaintop and won't connect to server to download content, or download anything. Website says I have points to use but the game doesn't register any and wthout the downloads I can't even get on the game... any ideas?

Just bought my compy of dragon age UE, and servers are down still...always seem to be....does anyone have a contact number..I cant even email the company through my profile...seems like they got the money but dont care if the gamers cant download all the extra content..wtf

Console owners do not have the same option as PC owners; the advice you gave, Destr1er, is well meant and appreciated but possibly directed to the wrong people (?).
