I noticed that for some of my achievements, they do not show up properly.  For instance, I have reached both Level 50 in SP and 20 in MP and did not see both bars fill up. I also have seen some achievements I have received (like getting the two from the "From Ashes" DLC and they still appear as unobtainable in the list of achievements won. 

Is there any way this can be addressed?
