ME3, Bioware AND the free market system? Wow, you really, really don't like it here. But thanks for posting this thread - the feedback from the community has been very entertaining.

grow up people and learn to have an adult discussion.

You talk alot about adultary, yet, you sound like a spoiled 12 year old. In german we say "Der Ton macht die Musik", that would translate to "It's not what you say, but how you say it".
Maybe think about that for a moment?

One reference to adult discussion is hardly "You talk alot about adultary".  So much wrong with that statement I won't even go there.  Maybe you should think about the quote "Freudian Slip"

Well, let's have this conversation in my native language than.

Plus: It's not just this topic, you behave in other threads just the same. You are neither the center of the universe, nor an expert, and as far as I have seen, an adult. At least you don't behave like one.

Oh, and as a service here's the german part translated (to the best of my ability):

"I'd like to know in the first place what Freudian implactions the spelling error represents. The Freudian psychology, which is considered antiquated for 50 years now by the way, has no place for spelling errors. Freudian errors or mistakes describe the context between unconscious conflicts or affects towards the conversation partner and the resulting switch of words, that usually lead to incoherent nonsense sentences."

'Bad' multiplayer?

I take it you've never played Socom Confrontation... sequel to arguably one of the best PS2 multiplayer series, was a multiplayer only game...

Had game breaking bugs and glitches for three months, significant crash issues for four, and missing features not solved until about 11 months after release... clearly, you've never experienced that, OP.

And at least ME3 has the excuse of a good single player to blame its lackluster multiplayer.

Okay, then let's take this at this level: What did you get for your 60 bucks? You got an awesome single player game (with a ****ty ending, but that's not the point of this discussion) and a pretty decent multiplayer mode. To me it looks like you had fun for about two months with it, if you hadn't I'd expect you leaving much earlier. Not that bad, isn't it?

.

You hit the nail on the head friend.  2 dedicated months, check my manifest.  Every day here.  I NEVER made the claim that I did not enjoy the time I had in.  I assumed the title would provide the context.  "Greed kills another DREAM"

Dream is the key word there.  Nobody says that about something they didn't love.   I love this game, both the SP and the MP.  HOWEVER, i do not agree with how many of the issues associated with the game have been handled, and WHEN the next game comes out I will put this down and play that.   My list of complaints was very specific and easy enough to research.   I didn't think I was going to have to put it any simpler than I did in my original post but apparently some of us have selective reading skills and fail to grasp the soul.

And to those of you that think it's just me and "50" other people .....LOLOLOLOL.   It's a bit more than that.  You aren't factoring in the people that don't give enough of a sh*t  to post a lamentful remark before getting bored and moving on.

I mean dude (The OP), I can't tell weather to feel sorry for you or tell you that everything is gonna be okay and give you a tissue.

Sometimes some of you guys need to just step back, enjoy the game...and relax. Make some tea or some coffee. Play with some buds...and/or buds :D

Hold on, let me just go through ALL THE HARD WORK of copying/pasting just a few lines from just one of your posts.

RANDOMvGRENADE wrote...

Week to week, do you think more,
less, or the same amount of players sign in to ME MP?  I'll tell you.
It's less every week.  Doesn't take a genius to understand that.

the complete disregard for PS3 Users

Yes
games have bugs, but elite companies like EA/Bioware who have the
resources can and should have had most of these issues addressed weeks
ago.

Apparently, you know for a fact that there are less players in the Multiplayer every week. After all, you have the hard numbers right in front of you, right? And not just that- but before anyone has a chance to disagree, you block them off by saying that if they disagree, they aren't very smart; after all, even a NOT-GENIUS knows less players are on the servers every day, right?

And then WOW, the Mass Effect 3 team sure hates PS3 users! And RandomvGrenade knows that FOR SURE because they had problems with the Sony online service, which obviously means that Bioware was disregarding the PS3 users entirely. This is, of course, completely disregarding the fact that the PS3 event inclusion WAS fixed this past weekend- but only after SONY announced that they would finally work with Bioware to fix the problem. But no, Bioware just totally disregards PS3 users, you're totally right.

And then we go 3-for-3, when you state that EA/Bioware MUST be able to fix all these problems in a timely manner- I mean, they have all the money! And money = knowledge! If I throw enough dollars at them, then they should instantly KNOW how to go in and fix the game, right? And you know for sure that EA/Bioware is obviously just disregarding the problem entirely, because you have an inside source and you're a big game developer yourself- that's how you know all the ins-and-outs of game problems and how easy it is to fix them, right?

Point-in-hand: No. You don't know these things. Stop stating things like they're facts, just because you believe them. They're not. You don't deserve an adult discussion until you can lay out facts like actual facts, and opinions like opinions, without trying to mix the two together.

Threads like this are why game developers refer to forum posters as the "vocal minority."

RANDOMvGRENADE, you are part of the problem.

Hyperbole is a great way to be ignored. You are mad, that's fair. You think one day of MP being down will RUIN TEH GAEM. Maybe it has done this for you. It is irrational to think this has the same effect on everyone, let alone most people.

Hence the litany of mocking posts in this thread. Thank god for those, fwiw.

Freudian slip is when you ACCIDENTALLY say what you REALLY are thinking, and it was intended as a quip, not an accusation.  Let's stay on topic.

I know.  If bioware really cared, they'd have given us this game free.  Then fed all the children in the Sudan.  Then enacted world non-proliferation treaties.  Oh, and given me a life supply of cupcakes.  I demand that as well.

Back to the real business world though, you know, where they want to eat and go home to their houses and familes and such.  Bastards!

Yeah, I just took a peek at your Manifest, that surely looks dedicated and shows your affection for the game. But I never doubted that, you wouldn't post something like this without a certain dedication to the MP mode. That wasn't what I was getting at.

I was getting at the purpose of this thread. Just because it's not fun for YOU anymore doesn't mean that the game as a whole is going down. Yes, I get that a good couple of people are pretty pissed right now (which I totally don't understand, but, oh well, each to their own), and there are several more who - as you said - just call it a day without even being here. But just because people who still care for the game don't scream as loudly you can't dismiss the game as a whole. It might be that for you, but not for everyone else. And you posted this in a way that read like a hard fact, something that can't be discussed in any way.

It's not that way. Trust me.

Ha your rational is pretty funny.   Since when is expressing my opinion on a Forum considered boasting as an expert?  It's called OBSERVATION, and you don't need to be an expert to back up ANY of my assertions.  ITS SUMMER.  LESS PEOPLE PLAY VIDEO GAMES.   F A C T.   Maybe I am a genius if you can't see that.

Am I a game programmer?  No, and I never made such claims.  Do I have over 20 years of gaming experience to draw on from all platforms?  Sure do.   It's not like I made some bold claim people.   It's just a matter of time before the MP was going to die organically.  I am simply stating that the lack of fixes for the host of ongoing problems is forcing a premature exit from the mainstream.   Check back here in two months when everyone is either outside playing, or inside playing D3 or GRAW.
