After defeating the 3 apostates towards the end of Sebastian's Faith quest line, the game fades slightly in color and it says Loading...

I expierenced this a couple times earlier in the game, also during Sebastian's quests, when a cutscene was supposed to occur. Hitting the esc key helped before, bringing me to the cutscene. It doesn't appear to work for this Loading... spot. 

I've enabled the console and tried skipping it with runscript zz_seb_debug, only for it to say Loading... before what I guess is the final cutscene between Hawke and Elthina. I've disabled v-sync, which some have said fixed the issue, but it didn't work for me. I have saved the game right before the cutscene is supposed to happen, closed the game and reloaded, didn't work.

After alt-tabbing, I am informed that a program is preventing DA2 from running in fullscreen, and it puts the game in windowed, and then crashes.

Have any helpful ideas?

Same problem here, never happened before, I am playing DA2 for the 4th time.
I have this issue only with 1.4 version of the game. Anyone?

Same problem here in only 1.04 ver. Never happened it before version.
What's the problem with 1.04?

The gaming forum season has ended until next October, or until publicity for DA3 begins ramping up, whichever comes first. There has hardly been anyone coming here over the just-ended forum season, at least few with much experience in the game. Since there's no one to answer you (I've never had that problem, myself), your options are the Official Support at EA Help, or searching the Archives with a proper professional search engine.

I've just encountered this problem too. Never had it on my old computer but have started playing on new computer with version 1.04. It would really be helpful to know if this is the problem and whether there is anyway of rectifying it apart from uninstalling and then reinstalling with Patch 1.03.

Same here and nothing helps. Different companions, "escape", changing settings - nothing. Not progression in Sebastian line

I just encountered the same bug. I hadn't played in several months; was using 1.03 before. Just recently upgraded to a new computer, so had to reinstall the game and installed 1.04 since it was latest patch.
