Purchased 3 spectre-packs today and none of them activated - what is the process to get this resolved?

Good luck. Did you use credits or real money? Did you do all 3 failed purchases in the same sitting.

Multiplayer, the store, etc. are still messed up since the glitched pack incident. Or at least for me they are. I don't think you'll see anything from those packs today, or ever because of it.

Used real money - will ask PSN or my credit card company to refund - I have not seen anything obvious that I automatically got items.

Second, purchasing with real money has been bugged like this for a long time; don't do it.
