I have all the DLC for Mass effect 2, I have  recently formatted my computer and now I run into the same problem over and over again.

It seems to be a problem with ALL the dlc, that after some time, often ramdomly the download slows down. First from 1,5-2 mB/second all the way down to below 100 kB/second. Furthermore it seems that there is no actual download, but the download speed is just a measurement of the average download speed, meaning that if I get stuck at 150/500 mB downloaded I am stuck there.... for HOURS! 
I have tried disabling the internet security to see if Kaspersky was the issue, no change. I have even considered aquiring the software from "other sources", since I have already paid for the DLC it should (hopefully) have no problems installing and running.

What I am looking for is just an answer, if I am alone here or anyone has a solution. 

Currently stuck at 154 mB / 1,5 gB of the Lair of the Shadowbroker DLC

The EA servers where the files are hosted have been dodgy for ages now. If you manage to download them the chances are they may have not downloaded correctly and not install, meaning you have to download them again! (Not much fun when they're over 1Gb). Some people have had more success using Firefox with a download manager add-on. (FYI the 'alternate' sources for the DLC are identical to the ones hosted by EA, the entitlement check is done via your account when you run the game.)
