Apolgies if this is a repeat post. I've read through so much support malarky that I don't particularly care anymore.

Mass Effect 3 is completely freezing after the EA animation with the omni tool. I see the planet, it goes black, then freezes my whole xbox. Won't restart without pressing power button.

I have done EVERY bit of trouble shooting (cleaned disc, REPLACED disc through EA warranty, wiped out xbox content, redownloaded, reinstalled, different displays, resent network settings, reset wireless network completely, tried on different console) EVERYTHING short of buying a brand new xbox and brand new mass effect.

Is there ANYTHING I can do that you guys know of?

Support on Bioware, EA, and Microsoft's sides just say "Oh, well you need to talk to *insert other responsible party's name*"

Kind of sick of being brushed off when I've been a loyal customer to all 3 businesses.

So please. any help would be much appreciated. Not being able to play a brand new game with the DLC and Multiplayer content i paid for is quite frustrating.

This section of the forum is for the store that sells goods. You'd be better off posting in the relevant platform tech support section. Admittedly they are only user to user but I think some Bioware staff do look in there from time to time. I think you'll find a long thread on this issue there.
