I tried this over in the technical help forum, but no one seems to read anything there. How do you register your version of DA2 here if you bought it as a direct download from Xbox Live?
The only thing in the register games section here says to input your bar code which a direct download doesn't have.
Any advice?
PS - Clearly the forums see that I own the game because I can post here, and I can sync my profile. Just not able to register.
How do I Register?

Under my pictures on the top left, I scroll my mouse over Profile, click Register games, then choose the game I have, Dragon Age 2 for 360 for this section of the forum's case.

That section is for retail copy owners only. The digital download for a 360 user does not have a number given to you

I am not sure if it helps (i have a retail version of DA2 so I would not know about problems with the xbox live downloads),
but the guy here ("Vengeful Nature") had the same issue with the Live edition of Awakening:

He says he played a bit online,and after a while,the Awakening icon showed up under his avatar.
Not sure if this will work,but it`s worth a try.
