As the owner of a digital delux copy of the game that worked ok this weekend, is there any reason I suddenly require an online pass to access the game I've already paid for ?
I've uninstalled/reinstalled, repaired etc and it's still the same as it was. EA support has been contacted, though have yet to respond (I suspect they will tell me to repair and uninstall/reinstall). Search on the forum doesn't really flag the problem so has anyone else experienced it ?

Same thing has happened to me as well. I been playing since launch date and had no problems til now.

Just happened to me and even if i put in my old code nothing happens not even a "this code is invalid".

I'm also getting this problem. I bought the N7 Collector's Edition, and it's not taking my code in the box.

Same here I jsut got this too...I think the EA servers are Having more issues and now we cannot even conenct on pc to our accounts

same problem N7 collector's edition and i am getting really upset with the constant failures of this game's services I'm feeling like im $80 in the hole for no reason now!

Add me to this list too. I checked to see if I got my weekend victory / commendation pack an hour or so ago and was able to log on to multiplayer just fine. Checked again just now and it's asking me to redeem / purchase an online code.

Same here. I've been on all day checking for the com packs, went off for a little bit, came back on and now it's all 'Redeem your online pass!' and I'm all 'Have you seen my manifest/saved games?'.

You won't be able to redeem a code or purchase one if you wanted to. "Redeem code" does absolutely nothing and "purchase code" brings you back to the main menu.

Just started a thread about this (hadn't seen this yet). Same problems here. No way to interact with the prompts or enter anything... everything just dumps you back on menu.
Sigh, the multiplayer was the only way I felt ok about having bought this game...and now I can't even play that.

Last time this happened to me it took over 8 days for EAHelp to fix the issue.
This issue does not resolve itself. It will not go away unless you actively seek to fix it though EA Customer Support.

i want to have my money giving back to me fore the total amount of dis-service this game has been, and iI'm one of the rare players that doesn't out right hate the ending(s). and it's all EA's fault.
