I have a Collector's Edition as well and can't get in.

My brother-in-law has a standard version without From Ashes, and he can.

Maybe he's just lucky, but I see a lot of posts here from fellow CE owners, so..

Posted earlier here.  I still have the problem and do not have the CE version or From Ashes so it looks like it's just random selection.

I have the N7 Collectors Edition for the PC and just got this error message. I was on earlier today and didn't have any kind of a problem. Strange at least I know I'm not the only one having the problem.

So ehh for me the single player IS working (with From Ashes installed), just not the multplayer. It just gives the message my Online Pass failed to authorize. I've got he Collector's Edition by the way...

Same issue as all other reports. Requires Online Pass Code/Cerberus Code upon launch. I also receive a message saying that my DLC content won't authorize. I previously fixed DLC authorization problem via manually updating all content including DLC. That fix does not work this time around.

Retail N7 Collector's edition, From Ashes and Resurgence Pack DLCs installed, same issue - Wants an online pass, I tried putting in both codes I got and neither one has any response.

This game is registered to my account online, why in the hell does it have to check *anything* on startup. My account is confirmed to own this game, any time I run it on this account I should be able to do so, what is so hard about programming that? am I suddenly going to turn into a pirate of a game I already own?

Same problem here, I have the N7 Digital Deluxe edition, and now I'm getting the online pass error. It worked fine about eight hours ago.

I also have the same problem it can't be random some servers must be down -i think- they should make a fix that able's us to access single player DLC without checking for registration all the time but periodically so we can play single player missions while waiting for servers to come up again.

Digital deluxe edition, with all the DLC installed. Same problem. DLC not working either.
Contacted EA support, told me be in would be fixed in 12-24 hours. Bummer.

Seriously I am thinking to return the game as it didnt come with MP as it states... It's just annoying! Come on! 5-6 years old games were produced without that major bugs! I hate how games are produced and making players fools to buy them and cry later...
