These kinds of statements are very tinfoil hat, and I have a hard time anyone actually believes these kinds of statements when they make them.

No way maaaaan! *Takes a hit from a joint* A legal, mostly reputable company is like. Totally going to break the law and make people pay for this stuff that they've already paid for. And that particular race of people DOES control the world. And the government IS putting iodine in our drinking water just to kill us!

Tried to fire up the game to see if my commendation pack came through, because it didn't last time. What do I find out? Oh, I can't even connect.

Congrats, BioWare! You've hit double digits in the number of times a technical fault, two entire months in, has effed up this game. Not all of us are in high school and can play whenever we want.

People wouldn't be so pissed off if you didn't already have so many other issues with the game/treatment of customers. ME3 is as brilliant as the logistics behind making sure that this game works is poor.

Same issue here too. Can't even play single player because From Ashes will not load without an online pass

i have the same problem asswell and I bought the N7 Collector's Edition so i cant even play single player because my dlc somehow isn't registered to me any more so i cant load any saves

I thought if you switched Origin to "offline mode" you could play single player just fine with the DLC.

I can see the same thing above my "redeem cerberus code". I simply wrote in my ME3 N7 cd-key and yet, nothing happens. I have a feeling it's a rip off and now we are supposed to buy Bioware points in order to obtain Multiplayer pass.

Yesterday i had invisible squadm8's and what not. Today i can't even play...

The offline mode works for me (for single player obviously), if it doesn't work the first time, restart the game and try again. It's awesome how well implemented the authorization service is:sick:. Another reason more to say that the game was rushed.

Online tech support believes if reinstalling fails, repurchasing the pass will "probably solve the problem."
They were pretty pushy and quick to recommend repurchasing the pass since obviously, reinstalling didn't do anything.

I agree that my statement earlier might seem a bit tinfoil hat, poor choice of words on my part, but clearly they're taking advantage of this situation imo.

Nope. It's not actually possible to purchase an Online Pass on PC. All you get if you try is an error message stating that you need an Online Pass to access that feature.
