I had a live chat with tech support and all I got from him was that they were aware of the problem and were working feverishly to fix it, blah, blah, blah sorry for the inconvience.

Well, EA did get voted worst company in America recently. They have to do something to maintain that reputation.

Seriously though, yes it sucks, but all we can do is wait. Hopefully it won't take almost 24 hours like the last issue.

It begs the question, where is my personal information then? If the server cannot authenticate me then where am I ? Did I get sucked into a vortex? Was there a problem with the flux capacitor?

Between the ending, the day 1 DLC of a fairly obviously intended-to-be-main character, and this, I'm thinking Bioware is quickly following Interplay/Black Isle.

i posted earlier about this.....24-48 hrs to fix, doesn't matter if you have the CE or not, or even ifs it's a physical copy. Just relax everyone and let them fix this, the devs are working on it

yeah i have the same online pass problem. I was playing multiplayer last night but went to log in today and ran in to the issue. I reinstalled and erased every bit of ME3 from my pc before installing it again but it still has the same issue of asking for a online pass code. I contacted EA through EA live chat and they said they knew of the issue but had no idea if or when it may be fixed. The EA Rep I talked with said he could not do anything to get me access. i was planing on playing multiplayer tonight but guess thats out.

How is that an acceptable response? THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR IS BROKEN. If your burger turned out to be inedible, I don't think you'd be happy to come back the day after to *maybe* get an edible meal.

Seriously, I'm tempted to have my solicitor take a look at this just to spite Bioware now
