Wonder if their account stuff in general just broke, then.

I got the same response, that their tool was broken.  I asked them if they had tried calling tech support.  They did not find that amusing.

Same issue here, Hard Copy N7CE, bought in the UK. "From Ashes" DLC isn't registering either, presumably because it came with the CE.

Italian First Fleet reporting in: We are suffering heavy losses along all fronts, we have been cut from supply lines for more than three days now. At this rate, we are not sure we can hold for much longer. The first mutinies have already started among the crews of many vessels. We fear the worst. Admiral Zen out.

same issue here, and it's not the first time this happened to me either. It's like there servers are down or something, but I can't even find a server status website
