I restarted my PC and rebooted my Orgins after player online just fine 2 hours ago to get my Operation Exorcist Commendation Pack and now it is saying I need to redeem my Online Passcode.

Spoke to customer support. They informed me that the tool they use to troubleshoot account related problems is not working, and that I should check back in an hour or two when they expect it to be back up.

Wonder if their account stuff in general just broke, then.

same here, saw packs are out and now I can't even get into multiplayer. One problem after another, just never ends.

Yep, same problem here. My CE DLC is now unauthorized as well, so there go my SP saves as well.

You gotta love a DRM system so hyperactive as to anull entitlements that have already been given.

Wow, so it's not just me. Yeah, was able to play the game 3 hours ago. Now can't due to some "online pass". I'm on the freaking pc, dangit.

Same here, all running fine last night (albeit no operation exorcist rewards) and as of logging on today, it's telling me it's unable to authorize the listed DLC - login to the account that purchased... Multiplayer wise it's asking me to redeem code...

I have PC Collectors Edition. Was playing just fine before i log out 6 hours ago.

Seriously, what is wrong with Bioware/Origin ? Everyday it seems they break something.

Do not expect having any fix or answers in the next hours... They probably all have quitted work by now and i doubt they'll be back before tomorrow.

believe it or not but i got this issue just a bit before the update, so now I have no clue what the update was, also last time i started the game up I didn't skip the opening vid of the bioware and EA logos and there was a short clip of some planet with no fire or reapers.

 I got the update yesterday before this mess and was actually playing, when packs were still screwed up. It wasn't till Bioware said they had fixed the issue with the packs, when this BS occured. Tells me bioware screwed something up when they were working on the fix for the packs. Prob did a mass wipe of server info by mistake on one or more of their network servers for players.

I just talked to ea tech support. They said a lot of people are having this issue and the developers are looking into it
