You have a week to redeem the commendation pack.  If the problem isn't fixed in a week, then BW has some really big problems..

the timer is at about 126 hours or so, like they knew this was going to happen...

there's only events every other week, so won't be another till next weekend

Are there any PC players that CAN play the game? None of the 40 or so people on my friend list are having any luck. They're spread over all versions of ME3 and all corners of the world. I know 40 isn't a large sample size, but coupled with all the people on this thread, it leads me to believe this problem encompasses all PC players.

from what i heard from various ea tech support queries people did, it's apparently a database problem.

There are, some of my friends, CE owners as well, are still happily playing MP atm. Lucky bastards.

This platform can confirm that it appears to affect all pc owners of the game.

Platform consensus also states that from collected data it appears that console owners do not have reported problems. Consensus ratio: 156:44

They decided to change weekend events to an "every other week basis" presumably in an effort to avoid this type of situation.

So yeah, add me to the list of people afflicted with this imbecilic glitch. PC version, Digital Deluxe, Windows 7 64-bit ultimate. CS rep last night told me to redownload the game. It's taking forever, and from what I've read, it will do jack squat to solve this problem.

God I hate dealing with EA.

for some reason not everyone has been affected, i assume that the people who can play have accounts that are on a server that hasn't been affected.

Just received it now after an issue with my sync cloud, re-logged and fixed that but now Online pass problem with the regular pre-order edition

i've been watching the forums most of the time during this issue, some ps3 and xbox users have been hit with this too

I wish. All I get on the Xbox 360 at the moment is "Connecting to EA Servers..." - it doesn't time out either. You can litterally just let it sit there for hours if you like.

Only way to play at all on the Xbox 360 at the moment is to disable LAN/WiFi. If you're connected to the internet you can't even play single player.

Whoops, just fired up ME3 to see if I received the Commendation pack yet and got this gem of a message. Guess this is what we get for beta testing Origin for EA.
