Same issue here, Digital Deluxe edition in Germany. Damn EA. I bet they screwed it up again by installing an update that was meant to be for console. There is no online pass for PC.

I honestly can't believe this has happened to me again. This happened with patch 1.02 and it took EAHelp eight (8) days to fix. This is completely unacceptable, Bioware. Why should a legitimate customer be locked out of playing your game every time you patch it?

I was extremely frustrated the last time this happened, but this time I'm done. I'm seeking a reimbursement for my purchase. Your product is broken and you have not provided the service I paid for.

Just going to join the ranks here. I have had the same problem as you guys, and had it since yesterday (Wednesday). A fix would be great guys.

Hopefully they will learn from their mistakes and will never rushed a game again. Something so complex like a videogame needs proper testing and polishing, if you don't have time to do it, the best thing you can do is delay the realease date, but they decided to release it anyways in an alfa/beta state just like they did with Dragon Age 2.

Now, if they follow the same way of DA2, we, the fans of bioware, will receive a free copy of DA2 as reward for our loyalty.

As much as it bothers me not to be able to play the game I spent $80 on, I trust they'll eventually fix it (Though it would be nice if MoP wasn't down for a patch at the same time *sigh*). What really irritates me is knowing that once it's fixed, we won't ever hear a word of apology for the inconvenience or see any kind of compensation for the downtime. -_-

same here... DLC is not recognized and I need a code to play online. It's been over 12 hours. Is there an update or rough ETA Regarding the status. I know EA and BIOWARE are loosing money through - the nose right now. MAJOR OUTAGE - Your customers need an update please.

 Add me to the list of upset people. Got home from work last night to see if I got any items from the weekend packs and was rewarded with a demand that I enter our purchase an online pass. I did a live chat with EA and was told it is a known issue and to hold tight. What a pain :(

What would be a nice occurrence is if Bioware would send someone on to the forums to say something to us even if it were just the standard we are working on it, But this way it seems that they are not even aware of the issue(they obviously are). However, I just cannot stand when a major company resorts to an information blackout while they come up with some sort of reasoning to cover their butts. Once again its' back to swtor for me

I haven't been able to play since last night.. Apparently I no longer have online pass nor DLC (+ collector's ed items).

Add my name to the growing list of user this dam thing effected, I also got the CE of ME 3 and i am alittle mifed i can't progress with my male shep/ashly story.

P.S. Will we miss out on the Operation Exorcist rewards or has that been put on hold till this issue has been fixed?
