my online pass is also not been recognized or my dlc, i cant play sp or mp, it worked ok last night after the other bug issues got fixed, this is getting ridiculous, it needs fixing, this is really putting me off this game with all this hassle :(

This whole thing start to remind me of the Lair of the Shadowbroker fail, when the servers would just send GBs of empty files. It took several hours, but the next morning everything was back to normal.
I think they will fix this in a few hours. And I am hopeful that the devs/admins/whatever will be more careful in the future.

only been able to play this week for a couple of hours last night. 
because the previous MP problem and now this one.

No packs from the weekend event.

Installed the 26mb patch yesterday, and played fine
Came on today, got the "Invalid Online Pass" message

Client doesn't even seem to be attempting to connect to a server to verify DLC (usually it has the swirly communicating icon top left).

Same issue here. EA told me to put in my product code, but to no avail. They advised me to uninstall the game and to delete the registry. Nope. Nothing works.

these aren't issues, these are part of EA/BW's plan to bring the ME3 effect to real life.
Later they will announce that EA servers were over-run with Husks, and five N7 squads were lost before the servers could be retaken.

We go 'They'll handle it next time' every time they fail. Strangely they do not seem to manage at all. Instead of fixing, every update seems to break the game more. But I agree, this should be fixed soon, they cannot afford to ****** their customers off even more.

Hah, sounds like there has already been a shift change over at tech support. I love it when the new shift has no idea what the previous shift was taking calls about.

People need to tell tech support to read forums before telling us to reinstall. :P

what the hell is wrong with the servers. I have the N7 Digital deluxe editition for PC and all of the sudden it cannot verify my from ashes dlc content and i can't enter multiplayer either it asks me for an online pass

what the **** is this **** ?


why the **** is ea not saying anything about this ?

posting in the thread where it's buried isn't good enough, they need to post it at the start and at the end so people will see it without having to dig, because people will NOT DIG. It's not in our nature, we are LAZY.

you don't need to dig, you just click the bioware logo under the thread title.

They need to post a sticky thread, and keep it updated with progress while they're at it.

It's not the server issues that I have problems with, it's the fact that they never provide information about it in a timely manner or let us know what actually happened in the first place.
