Not everyone knows that you can click on the bioware logo to get it. (I didn't a few months ago :/)
And yes, sticky a proper announcement, so it goes to the top of the forum, have a date in the title so people know it's the new issue. First thing all users should see is that they know it's an issue, they are working on it, then only a link to this thread where we can complain about them.

Oh, BTW, Origin knows that I purchased everything. And my online BSN account has everything listed. So there's a 3rd super secret system that ALSO checks? I love being a law abiding person and being guilty until proven innocent.

It's not the server issues that I have problems with, it's the fact that they never provide information about it in a timely manner or let us know what actually happened in the first place.

I know that feel I would be GREATLY interested in what went wrong in the first place. I don't mind being unable to play for a few hours, I am just curious (being a programmer myself).

I believe it might have to do with an update. A friend of mine can play as well, though I did tell her not to update her version. So the players online might be the ones who still have the older version. (Just my theory. I'm no engineer, so meh.)

Same issue here, EA isn't any help at all because they just revert you back to the forums...

Are they really this ignorant of customer support or do they actually want to PROVE that they're the WORST company in the world as elected not too many weeks ago?

Also, and I know this isn't going to happen at all... I feel that EA owes us a ****load of free packs or something else just because there are so many problems with this rather simple game. I mean, the MP section of ME3 is based on a P2P system with regular updates to and from a central server. Nothing special. And even that seems to spell rocket science to them...

I was running an old version and it didn't work. I updated AFTER it stoped working to see if it would fix it... and it didn't.

I doubt that. Our progress was saved here in the bioware network (you know, that new thing next to the acievements) so any MP content you had can easily be reinstalled if it comes to the worst.

This might be a scheme from ea to get me to play battlefield alone i start to believe, its the only game in my list besides me3 i have not mastered everything in (and therefore enjoy it)
