If it that much complicated, maybe they should stop bothering with them and just distribute them freely to every players at large wether they succeeded or not any cheesy objective.

For the record I'd guess this is an Origin problem rather then a Bioware issue.
Oh how I wish I could have picked this up through Steam.

Just got off the line with EA technical support, I was told it is a known issue, and that they are working on it. Additionally, it will not affect the awarding and receiving of our victory/commendations packs.
Disappointing, but these things happen, just be a can in the river.
These things happen? Well, that is the problem with our world. People accept too easily that stuff breaks and things happens. It is like nowadays people shoudl expect that there will be problems. People expect the train to be delayed and etc.
Know what. Maybe if there were people paid to monitor server situation and only that 24/24 7 days a week, these things might not happen. Lousy management and anything to reduce the costs whatever it takes. Customers will endure. They are used to it.
Makes me remeber how EA still owe me 5$ from packs i bought with EA points that were "suddenly" vanished. But these things happens.. what can i do ?

Why do we need an online pass when we're already attached to Origin?

Pre-ordered an N7 edition of the game for PC. Picked it up the day of release and everything worked just fine. Fast forward to the present, and nearly all functionality has now ceased due to some online pass problem. I don't know how to fix the issue or if it can even be fixed at this point. The really important message to EA and Bioware is that I am very glad that the Mass Effect series has been concluded because I don't feel very motivated to buy anything from either of these companies anymore.
I also find it discouraging that they keep coming up with BS add ons like the Multiplayer Manifest. Seriously?! How is this even relevant when you can’t even play the game?
Bioware, Please remember your fans (and the majority of us really are fans before customers) and let us use the product that we paid for in peace.

Only Origin went dumb on us and forgot we have it.
So until EA manages to get Origin to remember we already have codes we're SOL

The DLC I purchased is unavailable, and all of those coins earned playing gold level in MP are now sitting idle...
$315184 -- that is listed under the "Redeem Cerberus Code" heading. I have no idea what it means - it's not even remotely like the activation code...

Since companines ever introduced third party software ( like Origin ) in order to play online games, things have never been that much FUBAR.
I remember a time where one company like Blizzard made a game, they created their own Battle Net, they managed it by themselve and players only had to deal with one company.
Yeah, good old times. When things were simple and companies cared about delivering a working product.

You mean drown, oxydate and then rot until the river dries out? Sure looks like that has been the state ever since the start of this week.

Sum of the Proper Divisors of 315184295516
Properties of the number 315184The integer 315184 is an even number.
The integer 315184 is a Composite number.
295516 is less than 315184, so 315184 is a deficient number.
thats about all I know about the number.

Hopefully cloud gaming will catch on as broadband capabilites increase. Check it out if you haven't heard of it. It's a pretty cool idea.
