Same thing happened to me. I went online to see if my rewards for this weekend were there and suddenly its telling me I don't have the online pass anymore. It is also telling me my From Ashes DLC is missing. Well lesson learned, again.

As it turns out, Origin has been logging seemingly DLC-related warning messages for a while now, starting on Saturday, April 27. These appear after the UserGetEntitlements function in the EACore class is run:

Function: GetAssociatedLocale
Log Message: [xxx] GetAssociatedLocale couldn't find one associated for the content item: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX:xxx:xxx ... Possibly due to Origin being uninstalled/reinstalled mid-download...getting general

Anyone else have this same repeating pattern for the last 7 days?

According to the log, my client has done that particular thing since release and everytime I connect to servers. What's new though, is this particular line for the past three days:

[touko 2 10:14:30.668] Event EbisuWebControllerBase onNetworkCheckFinished [2832] Load Error 203 for host: static.cdn.ea.com

And there are thousands of those lines, all starting to appear since the 1st of May. And none before that.

UPDATE: The error line when launching the game:
1368 [touko 3 17:15:39.663] Error Entitlement directlyLaunchContent [2032] Launching content signal

That's the only real error I get while trying to play.

I usually lol at the peeps raging about the game being down for the moment, I figure they should just do something else for a while. But ME3 is the first time I've gotten annoyed myself. To the point of not paying for anything EA/Bioware related ever again. One would think they would test the stuff they release beforehand. And what is this patch that got installed yesterday? Do the MP balance changes install as updates or is it something else? The game is still v 1.02.

To those who can't play SP, just set Origin to Offline mode, and start ME3. It should work.

One thing I noticed is I was fine last night, then I checked for updates after I stopped playing. It installed one, I went to bed, and then today no online features.

I just now set Origin to Offline mode, started up ME3, didn't get any DLC-errors. Loaded up a savefile with all DLC being used, and I got no errors.

I didn't get my commendation pack yet, but victory was there for a day so I finally opened it. It only gave me consumables. I restarted my game after and now I have those problems.

Edit:  This almost feels like the PSN outage from last year.  I wonder how long this will go on, and how they'll compensate the users.

Try Offline mode in Origin, read a few posts up.
