I just had a thought. I don't remember it being called a "Cerberus" code before for ME3, but it was for ME2. Is anyone having this problem WITHOUT having imported an ME2 save?

Actually I got a tech person using us support and the taste in my mouth is getting worse and worse:
Munish:
I can understand your frustration. This is a known issue where a few of our Pogo Customers are unable to play the game <game name> and we are working hard, on getting this issue resolved. We appreciate your patience while we are finding a resolution for it.


you: is there going to be some notification on your site? or do i have to randomly check
you: and for some people its been over 20 hours - thats not really normal without any notice of when it might be fixed

Munish: You have to wait for sometime to get it resolved.

you: So will there be a notification

Munish: I am sorry for trouble.

you: But that doesnt answer the question will there be a notice to say if the product is fixed

Munish: Being a ME3 fan, I understand your eagerness to play the game.

It is for XBOX and PS 3 now.

My standard (physical) retail gets same problem.
Online pass needed.
also no authorisation for 'From Ashes' dlc bought after from origin.
fine last night.

My last successful play was last night about 9pm Mountain time, although the first match I tried to get into was running in the background, while the game was trying to connect me. I could hear it going, but I had a blank screen and could hear objectives completed, etc... l disconnected from that game and successfully entered the match mentioned above, then went to bed... woke up this morning to the error. I have CE.

I have indeed not imported a me2 save file yet due to multiplayer catching my attention, and i do not have any problems with playing. Dont get any erroe messages or being prompt to redeem cerberus code.

I'd love to see a new enemy faction - not Collectors, not mercs, but EA:
EA customer service monkey - has a lot of health, talks in gibberish, can't really harm nor help you
EA Origin designer - his gun keeps overheating and breaking
EA manager - steals your credits if you don't kill him with fire fast enough

I have indeed not imported a me2 save file yet due to multiplayer catching my attention, and i do not have any problems with playing. Dont get any erroe messages or being prompt to redeem cerberus code.

I've imported from 2, which was imported from 1, but the save profile doesnt contain authentication credentials, just save files and character configurations.

On the Cerberus note, I tried entering my ME2 online pass code just for giggles, I get the same loop as everyone else anyways. Worth a shot, I thought.
