My theory* (partially supported by JM's post) is that its a combination of getting a commendation pack and the fix they rolled out to prevent the commendation pack exploit. So out of curiosity I'd be interested to know if there are people who didn't earn a commendation pack who are experiencing the problem.

I did play a couple of Gold matches last weekend, so I should qualify for a Commendation Pack, but there isn't one on my list of entitlements... and I never even had the chance to get my Victory Pack. :/

I redeemed both Victory and Commendation Packs, and I get this online pass problem.

On my husband's account, he redeemed the Victory Pack yesterday, but not the Commendation Pack yet. His account is still okay (can log in and play, last I checked). The Commendation Pack is just sitting there in the store. I'm going to hold off on redeeming it for now.

Technically speaking, I earned one. However, I haven't logged in to the game since Saturday, not long after I "earned" it. Today was the first time I'd tried to launch the game since then - so I haven't even seen if my pack went through or not, let alone redeemed anything.

I think i should qualify for a commendation pack, i have couple of friends who didin't play gold matches last weekend, and they don't have this problem.

I, too, am experiencing and have opinions about this issue!!!!!!!!!
As a budding engineer myself, I can tell you that each and every computer program and electrical configuration works flawlessly and as expected the first time - every time. So I can say, without hyperbole, that this purposeful act is a clear indication that Bioware is specifically gunning for you!!!!! Rise up, my brothers, against the debugging myth!!!

Yeah. that would be good, for all the troubles they are causing, for all those mistakes and bugs. I think they need another free dlc to save a bit of their reputation, which has already lowered greatly, I suppose.

So at least i can be pretty sure that i got a commendation pack, hopefully it gives me an eagle or hurricane.
Getting locked out like this only to receive a crusader II whould be really annoying...

most people didn't get the commendation pack and they still have this issue, also i got the pack and also have the same problem.

it's not on my entitlement page either but i have recieved and opened both packs

@lordshenlong He meant that those who should have received packs can not enter. Those who didn't participate in operation can (though I don't know what's in reality)

I've been having the same "redeem/purchase online pass" issue since yesterday. I too completed matches on gold and never received the commendation/victory packs. Just out of curiosity I logged in w/my nephews account, since he did not play over the weekend and never completed a gold match, and am able to get on mp fine w/no issues. I'm curious if anyone else who didn't participate in Operation Exorcist is having issues as well.

The money I spent for the Digital Deluxe Edition seem like more and more a complete waste.

If only I could play this game in singleplayer, but your artistic integrity easily removed that optioin after my first play through.
