Did this and could get into multiplayer. Still said it couldn't authorize DLC however.

Still no DLC, Still no Multiplayer.
Still no refund from EA

received redeem online pass error
checked for origin update (none)
checked for ME3 update (downloaded)
logged in
met with same error
ran repair
met with same error
chatted up tech support
told to wait a few hours
few hours pass
still met with error
lots of reboots between above steps
to the interweb
issue seems to be over 24 hours old

Still doesn't work! Finally I have time to play (because of a back injury I can barely move for about a week) but a can't
because of this sh*t! I'm so angry that Im just a few steps away to throw the whole game to the garbage(or get my money back-this seems a little reasonable)

They try to calm down the rage at the ppl that are upset they cant multiplay, but it seems they are not interested in posting in a tread to ppl that cannot do singleplay.

I got these exactly same instructions from EA Finland. Tried it, didn't work for me.

Also, have standard digtial version and did nothing special to fix this. Just logged in and it was working.
