Seems to have been fixed for me; wonder if it's entirely fixed, or if the problem is something they have to fix on a case by case basis. In any case, worth taking a look at to see if the problem is fixed for you.

I can at least play single player by kicking Origin into offline mode. Sucks not to have multiplayer, but I'll live until tomorrow.

Here's what customer support told me to do:


* Login to Origin
* Right click on game icon.
* Click on “repair install”
* It will download update of the game.
* Launch the game and it should work.

I followed the directions and I was able to get in.

Did this and could get into multiplayer. Still said it couldn't authorize DLC however.

Tried again got the 26mg update, message was game installed and up to date. Launched ME3 and ................................. Same error.

Tried removing and then reinstalling Origins, tried all the repair installation stuff.

Still no DLC, Still no Multiplayer.

Still no refund from EA

received redeem online pass error
checked for origin update (none)
checked for ME3 update (downloaded)
logged in
met with same error
ran repair
met with same error
chatted up tech support
told to wait a few hours
few hours pass
still met with error
lots of reboots between above steps
to the interweb
issue seems to be over 24 hours old

Still doesn't work! Finally I have time to play (because of a back injury I can barely move for about a week) but a can't 
because of this sh*t! I'm so angry that Im just a few steps away to throw the whole game to the garbage(or get my money back-this seems a little reasonable):pinched:!

Nice to see Bioware ppl can update information in the multiplayer section.. But think it is not needed to post updates here! It clearly shows were they have set there priorities now!

They try to calm down the rage at the ppl that are upset they cant multiplay, but it seems they are not interested in posting in a tread to ppl that cannot do singleplay.

I got these exactly same instructions from EA Finland. Tried it, didn't work for me.

Did anyone else just get a pop-up message from Origin saying that they are experiencing problems with their download service? I suspect it must be related since I didn't even have Origin open and certainly wasn't trying to download anything when the message popped up.

Still broken, 2 days now. If you're looking to hire somebody who actually knows how to test code before putting it into production and how to rollback quickly and cleanly if it does fail send me a message. Clearly you don't employ anybody with those skills at the moment.

As of 1am est its now working for me, although I do not have my commedation pack still. Only my victory pack was there.

Also, have standard digtial version and did nothing special to fix this. Just logged in and it was working.
