Everything is working fine for me currently, multiplayer and DLC. My commendation pack was also there. Got a Hurricane II sadly.

Well if info is all stored on different servers, they're probably going server by server and they just haven't gotten to ours yet.

At least, I really hope that's the case.

Still completely broken for me, same as a day ago. Check for Update didn't find anything new, Repair Install took a while but ultimately didn't seem to do anything, and the game is still just as broken, both single player and multiplayer.
Only change is that new Origin client message popup on having problems with their download service. Not the kind of progress I was hoping for.

I'm going to assume they're going sequentially through the DB to fix things. My PID is 327980230 and my account isn't fixed yet. Looking at some of the posts on this page and the manifests (which have PIDs), it looks like 311882292 is fixed, so fingers crossed. (Of course, it's just a theory based on a pretty small sample size).

 The one thing I have to ask is what EA's explanation is. I contacted the support and they essentially gave me the same response three times in a row. Now, it's not their fault, because apparently they haven't been told what the cause is, just to tell us to be patient. I'd be a lot more patient if they'd tell us what was going on (or short of that, that they don't know what's going on).

So that repair install also didn't work for me. Eh..at this point, if they don't have it fixed by next week, I can definitely see EA having to issue refunds through Origin for people's games. The funny thing? This has NOT leaked to ANY news sites I have been on..it is as if the PC version doesn't exist on the gaming news sites (not even Computer Video Games or PC Gamer are running stories on this). You'd think such an occurrence would cause ripples through the gaming news sites/blogs, but they just...don't care I guess.

But I'll give EA the benefit of the doubt and wait until next week at the latest for this to be fixed, otherwise I am going to be contacting EA for a refund on my PC version :I..I didn't spend $80 just to have it sit there *sigh*..but I am keeping my hopes up, but they are still dampened right now.

It doesn't actually download the whole 10 gigs. Only scanning your data.

Based on Jessica and Scylla's update, I have to assume it should be fixed overnight PST - it's 1112 (2312) in California at the moment, so perhaps by sometime tomorrow morning or early afternoon.

I did the repair, checked for updates, everything. Still nothing. I am getting tired of this!!
