Same, I did nothing.  I found other things to do all day, checking in occasionally.  Online Pass issue seems to be resolved for me.

I found my Victory Pack waiting; no commendation pack, but I'm sure BioWare will have that fixed in the next day or two as well.  Just have to have a little more patience.

I'm in Australia

EDIT: i went to EA live chat, they asked for the email i used for the game and added my commendation pack

Poland - finally working, no Commendation Pack though.
Yesterday, on live chat i was informed that this pack was added to my account but it seems that they removed it for now.

I went the online live chat option, but if you want to call then i don't see why it wouldn't work. no offense but i find Indian accents hard to understand sometimes.

Well, my game is working as it should, and I got my victory pack, I however don't have my Commendation pack yet.

As I'm sure many can see, the team are still working on this and gradually more and more people are getting in without issue.

I'm going to tidy up some of the many threads about the same topic and redirect further comments on the main thread here.  

Just to confirm, this is still being investigated.
