I can understand not being able to play MP from time to time cause technical difficulties occur but I do mind not being able to play SP. That just sucks. =[

I have the same issue.

This inability to play the game I prepurchased online is getting extremely annoying. What, another two days or more to fix this too?

Oh, I'm on the PC.

Germany here - PC N7 Collectors Edition - Online pass and dlc no longer accepted.

User Entitlements says: Online Pass (N7 Collector's Edition) Mass Effect 3, From Ashes etc.

so i have it, it worked 7h ago.... wtf? i just want to play the game

i have same times the same problem whit my N7 CE ( phisical version ) , this is unacceptable, this problem come also whit From Ashes, in this case the player \\ fan not is able to join the single player.

Same here, played earlyer today (2:00PM PST) and cant even play single player cuz it cant authorize my From Ashes DLC. Have N7 edition

Same problem here in New Zealand. Physical copy of N7 Collector's Edition. Online pass and DLC not valid despite successful use a few hours ago... yada yada

I got a message on EA's boards basically saying I should contact the "Game Advisor".  Someone there also stated they chatted using the Live Chat feature of EA and basically told that EA knew of the issue.

Besides that, nothing that I know of.
