Probably yes,because i started a Dwarven Noble yesterday,cmpletely forgetting about the bug where you loose DLC items and mod-items...So after the patch i thought the items would be magically back?No luck there...
So does this mean i will still have to play that Origin without those items?
Am i stupid?

As to the bug, I think if you disable the dlc and then re-enable them after the point you get them taken off you then you will get them back. Dunno if that works if you didn't have them disabled at the point they get taken off you.

Disable DLC from main menu. Load a save, select 'force load' option. Save. Exit to menu, enable DLC. Load game. Enjoy items. Don't forget to save.
