Anybody else @#$%ing sick and tired of losing credits?

I think I might be permanently done with ME3 multiplayer unless they fix all these inexcusable bugs.  I'm a software developer myself, so I completely understand that bugs come with the terrain, but at this level it is completely inexcusable.  This is a AAA+ game release with a huge number of resources available at their disposal.  Inexcusable.

I lost around 2m credits from my character getting wiped after the first week of release, including some Bioware points.  I was never given anything back, and EA support flat out refuses to reimburse me.

I've also lost somewhere around another 3m credits (not exaggerating) due to the reinforcement pack store purchase bug.  EA support has essentially laughed in my face and told me to go screw myself.

I was totally ready to forgive all of this, but its just getting exponentially worse.

Thoughts?  Am I blowing this out of proportion or is my frustration justified?

Choice 3, complain anyways and ignore arbitrary rules/choices from other users.

This isn't just credits I've lost. Its real money (albeit not much) that has essentially been stolen from me. I've paid them, and no service paid has been given me after 2 months.  There are hundreds of others with this same issue.  If it were just "monopoly money" I wouldn't really feel entitled to complain.

Am I expected to just "get over" having EA/Bioware doing nothing about this?
