I lost around 2m credits from my character getting wiped after the first week of release, including some Bioware points. I was never given anything back, and EA support flat out refuses to reimburse me.
I've also lost somewhere around another 3m credits (not exaggerating) due to the reinforcement pack store purchase bug. EA support has essentially laughed in my face and told me to go screw myself.
I was totally ready to forgive all of this, but its just getting exponentially worse.
Thoughts? Am I blowing this out of proportion or is my frustration justified?
