I think it is more likely that Morrigan isn't Flemeth's biological daughter but another child she abducted.

If she is actually Flemeth's daughter or abducted either way, who her father might be is strangely quite in this game. I would like to think she may have been a product of a prior Dark Ritual and she is a daughter of a Grey Warden. I find it interesting that Grey Warden recruits need to go into the "Wilds" for their test and look for Grey Warden artifacts. Maybe Duncan had more to say about his past, but died before he could reveal it?
