Hold TAB to highlight things so you don't miss things - saves you a LOT of searching.

Even batman had a big utility belt.

(You can drag the damn spell/skill bar across the flipping screen..I have been playing on nightmare 2-3x trying to squeeze in my most crucial skills/spells and slapping P to activate certain ones, Wish I knew about this a month ago LOL ..damn the digital version not having a manual!)

Or hold TAB, and everything clickable will glow.  Also displays all health bars and names in combat.

Save often! I find myself sometimes saying the wrong things before conversations so it's easy to load up right before a major conversation. Now, if we can only figure out how to do this in real life...

G.O.D. attempted to introduce the quicksave feature into World 2.0, but it caused major conflicts with all the other clients, forcing them to back to a previous location in time and space each time another client would perform a quickload.

Not to mention those jerkoffs who abused the system, constantly quicksaving/loading for the hell of it.
