I had some spare cash in my wallet so I decided to shell out for a psp and received nothing but a message saying it failed, It now stopped showing the failed message but I have not received any items and my money has not been returned to my account.

I had this problem multiple times in the past. I didn't purchase with real money though.
However, this did just happen to me as well tonight. Stole a Premium Spectre Pack from me and gave me nothing, I checked everything.
I think this has something to do with their "fix: for the commendation & victory packs.

Well I learned my lesson I was not aware it was bugged, Glad it was just some left over change in my wallet. But really they shouldn't be allowing people to purchase with real money if the service doesn't work.

Yea happened to me too, I got the code from Gamestop through my Poweruprewards account that gave me 3 bucks for my wallet, what the hell right, didnt give me my damn pack. Now you cant even use real money lol
