I've received a different weapon every time so far. I'm HOPING to get the Valiant next time.

Lucky! I had Valiant II after the last two packs, but I got the Eagle this time. Lame.

Only 6 people out of 100 should have the Valiant III right now.
It's not that different from the Valiant I, but it's definitely better than any other N7 weapon.

I think you forgot to divide by another 4.

There's 4 x N7 weapons (I don't think the Collector Rifle gets handed out in Commendation Packs).

That's a 0.25 chance each time.  The chance of getting a Valiant III, is 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.25 = 0.015625, or around about a 1.5% chance.

I would trade my Valiant III for a healthy ankle. It looks like I twist it everytime the commendation pack is released. :-(

 So far today, I've gotten a crusader I (commendation) and a talon I (premium spectre). The damn valiant always finds a way to elude me.
