Can someone check my manifest? I am pretty sure I got the Valiant III, but I rarely snipe because it's boring. If the Wraith I is there then I got the Valiant II.

Honestly, a Valiant III is barely any better than a Valiant I. The damage difference is like 15 points and cooldowns don't matter to Infiltrators. The only real benefit is a few more spare shots.

I have Valiant II, don't notice much difference from Valiant I tbh. It's already so overpowered, If I ever get Valiant X I'll be unstoppable.

Yep, not many differences damage-wise between the Valiant I and III. You will still need 2 cloaked body shots to kill any unshielded target. The only notable difference is a 17% faster cooldown, which actually IS important to infiltrators, due to their medic/objective role.

Just unlocked a Valiant III (my other N7 is a Hurricane I). I am a happy person. More shots, maybe only a little more damage, but on some difficulties that means the difference between a glancing headshot being a kill, as opposed to reducing to 1 bar of health.

I have a valiant II now. I wanted the hurricane though.

I could care less about the valiant really. It's a good weapon but I'd rather use the black widow and I don't really snipe all that often.

I think you forgot to divide by another 4.

There's 4 x N7 weapons (I don't think the Collector Rifle gets handed out in Commendation Packs).

That's a 0.25 chance each time.  The chance of getting a Valiant III, is 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.25 = 0.015625, or around about a 1.5% chance.
