Ok, so this one is regarding a couple of the MP packs, first one is the victory pack for this past weekend, it was in my store page, but I didn't get it because people had been having issues with MP after accepting it so I waited and got a few others. Then I noticed that it wasn't in the store page anymore as if I had redeemed it but I haven't yet.
Second and most importantly to me, I purchased a premium Spector pack using 240 bioware points, it took the points out of my account but glitches and didn't give me the pack, normally it would put the points back in the account and not be a big deal, however, it kept them.....
