That does it. As soon as I get back online I'm renaming all my characters Phungshok.

I think Anonymous knows better than to cause a mess for those people they are trying to represent.
Like that time when they locked all the people out of their PS3s? That went over great with the internet.

I don't get it, how did the game become so utterly and completely broken. This is beyond shocking.
There was a time when, once I have purchased a game, I could play it whenever and however I want. Now, games need to be hooked up to some digital IV drip before we even hit the menu. When developers and publishers force us to rely on their servers to authenticate the game before it could even be played, then by God, I don't care how it's done, but you better make sure that we can goddamn rely on you lads.
For similar reasons, I completely reject the idea of cloud storage and cloud computing. If we're going to be asked to rely on your servers, your computers, and your authentication procedures to do even the most basic functions of computer programs (like starting) then blimin' make sure we can rely on them in the first place.

Steam never goes down like this, they like to fix any problems that arise immediately

It wasn't like that in the beginning when they switched from WON to Steam.

get it on steam instead, works fine.
Steam is the same frakin problem. If Steam ever go down or go FUBAR for a few days, it becomes all the same. You wont be able to access your frakin games that you paid for.

Have it on my screen as well.
When this kinda thing goes wrong on an MMORPG they give you compensation like extra time on a subscription.
Doubt we'll get anything but an Eagle.
You think we will get a free N7 weapon? You sure are an optimist.

I do not like Steam anyway. I want a real physcial box when i buy a game. I want the CDs and i want the game manual ( you know they used to make real nice paper game manuals a few years ago ? Look at Baldur Gate or Neverwinter Night manual, HUGE ! )
I like huge game manual. Always a good read for when you go to toilet.
Im old school like that i guess. I dont own a datapad or a tricorder yet... I like paper.

Yeah. Really grumpy that they decided Valve's terms were unacceptable.
We already went through the growing pains with one digital content delivery service, I'm really not seeing a good reason to go through another two years of beta testing a client.
