I suggest they take a lesson from other gaming companies and give out an additional commendation pack. But before that, I'd like this problem fixed. Then I want my first commendation pack.

Then the "Oh sh*t sorry we fuc*ed up" commendation pack.

Everytime they attempt to issue a commendation pack, things get worse and never get better. In the course of implementing your proposed solution, ME3 will collapse into itself and form a black hole.

Having the issue as well.

PC, Physical Collectors Edition.
Updated game, no fix.
Restarted, no fix.

Hurrr..

Checked my box from top to bottom, no number!
Same here, do we get a extra 'sorry for the F UP pack' now? Can't even load SP save game cause the DLC is missing. Last night i received a Victory Pack but no 'exorcist pack', i redeemed the Victory pack... played a few more games and went to bed.

And in case EA/BW hasn't figured it out yet, the best game protection is making good games people will buy.

This is getting kinda rediculous really, i mean you buy a game, server side something get's F UP and people who bought it get it up the arse. What does this mean for the future, no EA/BW = no games to play since servers aren't there to tell you that you bought the game?

Oh yes and in the wise words of : ....

I do miss giant manuals though.

The old MS games were great for that. Remember flight simulator and combat flight sim?

What do you think was different back then? Were they simply caring more about their customers?

I remember when i bought Baldurs Gate Shadow of Amn collector box, they sent me a t-shirt, a map of Atkhatla in some kind of parchment, a huge game manual of 300 pages?, a music CD, figurines, free bonus NPC and stuff.

You know. I think marketing department back then, they had it right.

And the game was working and patches were coming quick.

Check to see if my event pack finally arrived, am told to redeem/purchase an online pass. Origin N7 deluxe version. Absurd and entirely avoidable had vultures like EA not embraced infectious DRM as aggressively as they do. Pirates get to play whatever they want whenever they want. Paying customers? Only when EA's servers don't screw up.

This just happened to me as well. I've been trying numerous solutions, including uninstalling and reinstalling origin, deleting the online pass from c:/ and repairing the N7 collector materials, rebooting my computer, creating a ME3 shortcut in my desktop and running it as an admin. But no luck yet. Since this is happening to so many, I *hope* (it's THE key word) that this issue would get resolved soon.

It would not be a bad idea, actually. Although, part of me thinks there might be bigger forces at hand. Perhaps this is a hint that I should just stop playing ME3 and start doing some work (therefore reducing the amount of coffee I need to drink in order to not become a complete zombi).

Don't you worry, there will be plenty zombies in Diablo 3. No need for you to become one.

That Bioware is dead and gone. Current Bioware is just "EA's Action-RPG Division"

I am glad that there are still independant companies like those who created The Witcher 2. Just thinking that these guys originally made a game just for PC was already something rare nowadays. I hear The witcher collector box also gave away lot of stuff.

Does the PC version even USE the "Online Pass?" I thought this was automatically taken care of when the game was registered.

And I have the same problem.
