Did you try hitting F5 on the page? Regular refreshes weren't actually showing my updates, but they usually pop up for me after hitting F5 instead.

EA's awesome customer support chatbots were of preciously little help.

Why do they use chatbots? Seriously? How can you claim to want to run the best customer service in the world only to resort to chatbots?

Same here with Digital Deluxe Edition. No wonder EA won the worst company in US award. This kinda of service truly deserves it. 

P.S. I keep checking for updates but it says ME3 is up to date.

Sadly, I'm not.


Yesterday I was able to play the SP at least, right now not even that, because with this online pass issue the DLCs could not be verifed. I was and am a loyal customer of BW for the ME franchise, but this thing starts to annoy me now.

No fix to multiplayer problem, yet I can play SP just fine even with From Ashes.

This is one of the reasons I bought the game on Origin. If EA was never going to let me own what I paid money for, I may aswell save myself the shelf space :P

Of course that just makes the whole online pass thing more aggravating, because Origin purchases didn't need to activate their passes to begin with so I don't get how this error is affecting me.

This isn't something you can do to fix it; this seems to be something wrong with EA/Origin's server architecture; did some rooting around, and this problem has actually been occurring for multiple people in multiple games.

I've seen reports of this issue on the Battlefield 3 forums, and I've heard of people saying they've had this problem with Kingdom of Amalur, as well.

i posted earlier about this.....24-48 hrs to fix, doesn't matter if you have the CE or not, or even ifs it's a physical copy. Just relax everyone and let them fix this, the devs are working on it
