I've just contacted EA help through Origin someone named Yogesh or something like that anyway i told him my problem he just said ''Thanks'' then i told him/her to ''Do you have anything useful?'' He/She then sent me blank chat, after 3-4 mins He/She asked me what platform do i play? I said pc afterwards He/She said nothing so in a nutshell their help service and Origin service are just bull**** and i stil can't play even though i've paid them 70 € so THANK YOU EA YOU'RE DOING A SWELL JOB.

I think that someone is going to suddenly wake up from a nice nap on a sofa somewhere then have an "oh ****" moment as they realise that the PC multiplayer is completely broken....

Funny, under my registered game content is "Online Pass (N7 Collector's Edition)" but the Origin client no longer recognizes it.  This getting locked out of the game I prepurchased is getting tiresome. :devil:

I'm getting this redeem thing too. Weird it says enter "cerberus code"??? I played yesterday online just fine but today it says this exact same thing. I tried to buy it to see what would happen and it just wnet to the beginning. Srs the problems with ME3 are getting more and more annoying :unsure:(ending still sucks).:crying:

Just did an update (manual one) and started application but it's still the same...
Maybe Reapers took contrololol over the servers?

Same as well since about 10-11 PM ET last night. Applied the update around 12AM and it didn't work and then applied to new update this morning and I still need an online pass. I guess i'm going to have to wait until after work to see if its fix (or not).

All I care about is being able to login at some point to redeem my commendation pack in time. :P

Damn it, mine was working fine after the patch last night but now I'm getting this too. Updating Mass Effect through Origin/ reloading Origin did nothing, gonna try LC next.

See, I would say "Oh I'm sure they'll activate it for us if we can't log on in time" but I know they'll make us jump through hoops in the shape of mazes, if not just completely ignore us altogether.

So I won't waste my ti- oh darn, I just did. Um.

That's what i'm hopeing as well.

If it's not fixed by the time I get back from work or tomorrow i'm going to contact customer support and further clog up their to do list.  Hopefully for us and them this is something that doesn't need to be fixed on an individual basis or even worse, something they can't actually figure out how to fix.

I'm currently at work and for what I read this still wasn't fixed... damn, between yesterday being unable to play MP and today not able to play at all (N7 CE version here) this is getting way too ridiculous not to mention that it's affecting my trust on BW and EA.

I just talked with a guy at EA Customer Support. He said that my issue is being caused by the Spectre Pack I bought yesterday right before logging off, and it's related to the Store issue that was causing the communication issues yesterday.

He didn't have an ETA on the fix, though.

Oh well, guess I'll play some SWTOR...

The rep I spoke with via EA chat regarding the online pass code at 1300 GMT said that "they are aware of the situation and are working on it." He asked for my name to add to the database, otherwise known as the list of other people with the same problem. I then asked for an estimated time to repair the problem and he stated, "there is none." Gotta love the help sometimes or lack thereof.
